Gender studies examines patriarchy from both dimensions of gender that is socially culturally cultivated ideas on one hand, while on the other hand its evaluates the reasons of roles, actions, responsibilities in view of work force and human development, instead of much attention to social-cultural human capital, which is customised most of the times by legacy and traditional expectations, and this all is far from contemporary reality of the socio-psycho matrix of machine age and mechanised life.
